Where we ship

We ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. We do not currently ship internationally.

What it costs

Shipping is free on orders over $150 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $150 are charged at the rate shown at checkout.

Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are charged at the rate calculated at checkout, including on orders over $150.

How long it takes

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes a further 3–6 business days.

That means most orders arrive within 4–8 business days of being placed. Alaska, Hawaii and territories can take longer.

Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday begin processing the next business day.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your bag ships. If it has not arrived and the tracking has not moved for several days, email us and we will chase it.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will make it right.

We cannot be responsible for delays once a parcel is with the carrier, but we will always help you follow it up.
